My yacht is moored at Tin Can Bay - got a phone call today from the harbourmaster's office advising me to start preparations for it.
Should be OK there - the mooring lines were checked just a few weeks ago. As long as the government moorings stay put!

"Please God don't let it touch the bear juice factory at Bundaberg!!!"
If the price of Bundy Rum goes up I'm lodging a claim against all the churchs. Act of God my arse

She'll be right mate. That one's far off the coast and not heading toward it at the moment.
I echo the sentiments about the Bear Juice.

True... but if it does turn for the coast we could have as little as 24 hours warning.
This could be nasty. I don't know when the last one was forecast to get that low on the coast but I can't remember it happpening recently. 8O 8O

Not as much as we do here! But even if it comes ashore we probably won't get much if any, so just as well if it doesn't!
