D3 - replacing high beam & fog lights with LED globes

Folks,
looking to replace the high beam and fog lights on my d3 from halogen to LED type.

Anyone recommend which ones would / brand. model would be a good choice and type of globe these are? H ?

Be wary, LEDs have fans, they need them, and those little fans don’t like mud or dust.
