The email address you have in your system profile

Please check and ensure the email address you have in your system profile is up to date. There are numerous users who have out of date email address's or full mail boxes (you need to find a decent isp btw..) and have email notifcations turned on, and it is generating heaps of bounced mail traffic and extra system load.
