D4 2012 Glow Plug relay missing

Hi all, just picked up a very clean 2012 D4 Hse to replace my 99 D2, and taking a look in the engine bay i notice a few relays and fuses missing. I know some can be for options not fitted.
But the 2 relay's and 3 fuse's marked as for the Glow plugs are missing, also appears as some check engine sensors fuse's are not there either. Anyway have a look to the photo and let me know what you think.

Not glow plug relays [emoji41] and don’t worry. If they aren’t in there you don’t have the accessory [emoji6]

Same with fuses. Lots of them aren’t fitted if it isn’t fully optioned.

ok cool, any ideas what those ones do, i got glowplug from the pic on the cover and looking up the relay number in the wiring diagrams. Interested to know now,
also thought it was odd that the fuse and relay was installed for heated seats, but they are not fitted to the vehicle
