I found this place that sells the Valeo key fob without the circuit board. US$45
Which admittedly is more than the generic ones. But I have found the buttons on the generic ones to be too stiff. I parted out a car a while ago and got myself a good condition valeo. But I think I might get myself one to have two decent ones.

As an aside. I have a spare circuit board off another car. is it possible to run 3 programmed keys?
