Matson fridge error

I have a Matson fridge which is basically a waeco copy with a domus compressor, i'm getting a " minimum motor speed error " and cant find a reason for it or how to fix it.
A search has mentioned that the poly fuse was an issue on some early Waeco's but not sure if this fridge has one or not.

How old is the fridge?
I am pretty sure that these are a Cheap copy of the Waco's and they have a cheap compressor in them not a swing motor or a Danfoss/Secop motor so I imagine that they will have reliability issues.

I know what it is, error codes are the same as a Waeco so just asking if anyone has fixed the same or similar issue before.
