Best Iridium Plugs for D3 v6 Petrol

What iridium plugs are people running in their 4l v6 petrols? NGK don't have an iridium listing, some are using the plug indicated for the v8, Denso have the ik20 or vk20. The car in question is D3 2009 SE.

It’s simple:

NGK TR55-1 is the normal plug.

So TR55-1IX is the iridium equivalent.
