Can i leave NANOCOM plugged in when i stop.
I have had a play with settings to get the instrument screen on start up. I was under the impression when it started it would go straight to the screen. I find that it starts at the menu and i have to select vehicle type, engine type and eventually i get there. If i switch off the ignition the screen goes black and i have to unplug the cable and plug it back in to get it to boot again. is this normal. When it was on normal boot up, and i stopped i would get cant communicate with ecu message and i had to scroll back for it to reboot without unplugging. Am i missing something ? and help appreciated ( have the manual but it does not appear to cover this. I see the correct methord of connection is cable to NANOCOM and plug into obd socket, this seems to be a pain to do each time you start, hop in the car to drive. Baz
