That would be insane to see that just looking at the external fabrication, as they are incredibly tricky to make

Water cooled TIG micro torches would be one option.

Otherwise it's a modular design with sleeves and springs, so would disassemble to allow better access.
The biggest pain would be the tube warping in every which way while being fabricated. You can make it on the engine or on a jig, but so much going on with it.

and with a good set of tuned length pipes you try and have them going into the collector in firing order, it seems to generate a swirl and helps scavenging, particularly with a merge collector.

Several lifetimes ago I made some merge collectors but the welding was nothing at all like the above [bawl][bigsad][bigrolf]
