Glad you approve of the Judicial Order Trout.
Yes I can't stand people who take and sell without a licence. I practice catch and release 99 per cent of the time so to me this behaviour is particularly galling.

In the West and the NT this bloke would have had his boat and possibly his car as well impounded on top of the fine and yet people still insist on this rape and pillage.
I also catch and release and only keep what i need But i do occasionally keep a couple of extras to give away to people that have no other way of getting a feed of fish and as long as i dont exceed my bag/size limits i can't see a problem with doing this.
I fished professionally for many years and now that i have retired I am more than happy to release my fish after all filleting fish is a bugger of a job anyway.
By catch and release fishing you can fish all day and catch as many fish as you like instead of getting your bag limit and the fun is over.
Another practice i abhor is "Upgrading" wher fishers keep a fish and kill it only to throw it over the side when they get a better fish.
This is much harder to police unfortunately.
