I hacve been meaning to ask, Just curious has anyone heard from member Squizzyhunter? He bought an old defender tdi300 and was traveling around out back oz,with his partner , he would have break down and would need parts. We would send up parts to various locales around Australia for him to collect on his travels. Last time I heard from him was he was about to enter Arnhem on his was home to Qld, that was in the later part of last year and that was the last contact we had, just hoping he is ok and made it home safely

I heard from Ty a few months ago and he did make it home safe and sound.
The only problems I know of were a leaky seal on the transfer case input and a dodgy ignition switch.
If I recall correctly he made it across to the kimberlys and down the west coast before heading home.

I haven't actually heard from him but via a mate, he said he's back home now, so I assume he made it back successfully :)
Not sure about the Landy though [tonguewink]

Thanks guys, I can now sleep at night [thumbsupbig] Knowing the vehicle's history it was a a good effort that it went so far. I was worried that one day they were going to stumble upon some bleeched bones in the outback [bigrolf]
