Can't imagine how bad their planes are but if I just base it off how bad their cars are... [emoji6]

Funny since everyone travels on Airbuses , predominantly a French aircraft , though Ive never been on one nor want to go on one.
Interestingly , when I was a kid we had a Peugeot 404 & uncle had a Renault 16 , The Peugeot never broke down or had a problem & the Uncle still has his Renault & still going well past 1,000,000 km.
When deciding on a new car 2 years ago my wife chose purely on style & colour with no input from me other than I stipulated there must be a local parts / service centre, & came home with a Renault Captur . by far the best car we've ever had.

I used Citroens for years and in my experience they are at least as reliable as most other cars. And the electrics are streets ahead of Lucas!

I don't fly much so wouldn't know. 2 guys at work have new (under 2 YO) Renaults and they make Land Rovers look like Toyotas on the reliabilty front. Also, I'm a Pom so I have a genetically inbuilt hatred and distrust of all thigs french... 😉

Indeed, but luckily my interest in soccer sits somewhere between cleaning up the dogs turds in the back yard and driving a Renault. 😁

Of course. And I suggest a totally different reaction if England had won. Now, if Australia had won, there would have to be an investigation. And a swab.

Not at all - I haven't seen a single second of the world cup - only found out England lost a day ago when someone at work mentioned who was in the final. And yeah, Australia had as much chance of winning as I would have of completing a marathon... 😆

In the used car trade we used to say that the one good thing about a Fiat was that they were marginally better than Renaults.

I can take you to at least three mechanical workshops that refuse to book in Citroens, Peugeots, Renaults, Audi, Alfa, Fiat. Comments are in line of "****** nightmare", "easier ways to make a living than torturing yourself".
