I'm hoping this is the right spot!..
I need to change the batteries in my solar motion sensor lights, which are mounted north facing at appropriate solar panel angles.
One recommends a 14500 LIFEPO4 3.2V 400mAh which from the manual picture looks like a AA (original equipment).
Question - is there any advantage in using a not recommended higher capacity 600mAh version, on the assumption it will get fully charged? Living in Perth we tend to get a fair bit of summer sun.
The other sensor doesn't mention any specific type, just says a sealed lead acid 8V 3.5A-Hr, so will have to wait until I take it out to look for a replacement.
