I was driving along yesterday near home and bing bong three amigos.
Only second time in 5 years.
I got out the Nanocom and message was RH front sensor intermittent signal and 20 occurrences.
I had a look today, took off the wheel and brake pads and checked for any play in the bearings but none.
Pulled the connector apart and it crumbled in my hands, leaving the two females exposed. It is in an awkward place under the brake booster , but managed to lightly squeeze the females then insert the males after cleaning with contact cleaner. ( don't get too excited now!)I covered the bits left of the plug with heat shrink tube so it will stay joined ( I hope).
Checked the output voltage and 2.19 V at all except LH front at 2.17 V.
Even with only 2 volts the connector must have got hot enough to make the plastic crumble.
Better than bad earth at pump!
