Steering column stuff

Anyone have an idea of the length of the steering column in an RRC?

Any chance they would all be the same length from start of production to end?

I'm thinking about changing the steering column for a different one, just trying to ascertain the spline count on the lower end etc.

I'd like to have a different column shroud as well with stalks placed differently.

So for the moment just need the length if anyone knows.

I think the lengths are the same, but there are at least two different collars and they are not interchangeable. The pdf labelled "Correct Steering Column STC100" suited my 1993 LSE (hard dash) whereas "Incorrect steering column NTC7821" did not.
