Perplexed (WiFi issue)

Aulro.com loads on phone, either with app or browser.
Any attempt via WiFi through ipad or laptop results in a "no Internet connection" message, even though other tabs are loading other sites fine.
Occurs with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, and ipad app.
Something in the router, perhaps? (Belkin 600 by memory, haven't changed any settings since I first installed it).

I rebooted the router and thankfully that fixed it. Which is good because that is the extent of my tech know how.
