Disco 1:- windscreen washer u/s

I've just bought a Disco (dah da) pretty well used, lots of electrics u/s....mainly the windscreen washers (Screen and Tailgate) pumps all OK, Wipers AOK but no power to the pumps? I need a few pointers where the problem might be.
ALL suggestions looked at!

I'd be reluctant to recommend checking the fuses, but:

Fuse F2(20 Amp) on the Satellite fuse box 1 under the dash is supposed to operate the front washer(plus the relay for headlight power wash, if fitted)
Fuse F18(10 Amp) on the main fuse panel under dash does the rear wash pump .. but also powers the rear wiper motor(hence why I'm reluctant to suggest the fuses!)
