The unwanted Tecoma Maccas , Even Years after it opened there is still the daily presence of protesters out side on the footpath or across the road from it.
I saw Richard the serial protestor chalking anti Macca slogans on the foot path outside their front entrance the other day. Maccas took him to court by having him charges years ago, but the courts founf him not guilty and awarded costs in his favor so he continues to do it under the law.
My biggest gripe is the illegal right hand turns of vehicles exiting the site make and the near misses , I have had 3 near misses with the illegals darting in front of me to make right hand turns and many of my neighbors have similar experiences. I mentioned it to the cops and they did a blitz and booked people, but they cant be there 24 /7, the council doesn't give a rats even though it was a condition of the planning permit

That old saying Flogging a Dead Horse springs to mind [bighmmm]
You will not beat a multi national once they are established , You might irritate them a little but that is it [wink11]
Ever live with it or move on unfortunately is the only answer[tonguewink]

That's taking it to a whole new level - might pop up there for a Macca Coffee and offer one to old mate then? How would that go down? 😇

Nothing against maccas in the hills, but I thought Upwey, near seven eleven was a more suitable spot for traffic flow and safety .

He also go arrested for dumping maccas street rubbish at their front door, I think because he threw it at their front door set the arrest off. but he go off on that also. I heard he is a professional protester and is getting paid by members of some traders group only a rumor but why else would he devote each day there?
