Quad bike carby help

I'm hoping someone can advise me on a problem with my quad bike.

It's a Suzuki Eiger 400 4 stroke.

I had it serviced a few months ago, and up until now it's been running fine.

Now, it's starts fine, but only runs for about 30 seconds then stops. It won't start again straight away, but if I wait 15 minutes it will do exactly the same thing over and over.
It seems like it's a fuel supply problem of some sort, like it's using the fuel in the carby, but not getting a continuous flow of fuel.
Before it was serviced, it was doing pretty much the same thing. They said there was water in the carby.
The only thing I've tried is draining fuel from the bottom of the carby just in case there is water in there, but there doesn't seem to be any.

Before I go pulling more things apart, I just thought I'd get suggestions of what to check next, other than very obvious stuff like a blocked filter.

I don't think it's a filter problem because if I take the fuel line off the carby and turn the fuel on, there's a good flow.

Any advice appreciated, I'm just not familiar with these, but I'm sure it's not going to be anything major.

Sounds like my honda 250trx, mines old as I'm pretty sure it was a 3wheeler originally.
Have you tried holding the throttle to keeo it idleing? The issue im having is that it won't idle after going for a run it just stalls out. I've turned the idle up on the carb but it still stalls out I have a rubber band around the throttle to keep it idling.
I've put it down to the idle jet being blocked up and a carb that has never been cleaned in its life...
I'd be pulling the carb out and give it a good clean, carefully get some thin wire into all the holes and get all the gunk out.
I pulled the hose off my ballcock and drained the fuel into a container, the amount of rust and grit that came out the tank was ridiculous. It could be a blocked up fuel line but it probably won't start at all.
One more thing the choke could stuck on, flooding the engine. You said it won't star for 15mins? This could possibly be the issue also.
Hope this gives you a few ideas, good luck with it.

This happens all the time with 2 stroke outboards, It is usually caused by gunk in the carbies jets and in the body of the carby.
Give the carby an acid wash and make sure all the galleries are free of detrious.
Turning the fuel off and running the engine untill it is out of fuel after use will largely eliminate this problem.

Yes, I've tried fast idling it without any difference.
I'm pretty sure the choke is ok. When the engine stops, it stops suddenly, like it runs out of fuel rather than coughing and spluttering.

Yeah, it's sounding like I just need to pull the carby off and maybe give the whole fuel system a clean.

Where the fuel line joins the carby in your 2nd photo there will be or should be a filter inside the carby pipe that might be blocked just pulls out
Another thing is the vacuum operated fuel tap no fuel should come out of the tap unless it’s running or cranking when it’s in the on position straight down I think
