did a last min dash to appin to test the springs/shocks/tyres and
the other gizmo's ive fitted to the 90 in the last few weeks.
for starters taking off the sway bars was No.1 on the list.

and for all of you who wanted to know where my silverstones rub,
its in the pic's. apart from just rubbing on the radius arms at the front, on
full lock, they just rub the tops of the spring perches, F&R. but this is minor, the dislocation cones make alot more noise!

so all in all, zook and con, trent and his family, baz and kerry and sheridan and myself had a really good day.

more pics to come.

The dislocation cones ARE noisy, aren't they! ....especially when dried off after a mud pool. They creak and groan like something's broken underneath on full articulation. Nothing a good pressure wash and spray lubs doesn't fix though.

Looking good phil, that articulation is awsome.

Did removing the sway bars make the handling that much worse on the road? Matt

Nice truck Phil. Different type of bar will it take a winch, who made it.
What size are the tyres?
When are you making sliders for it?

Cheers

Now i know phil will better answer the questions but i am going to test myself.

Q1) Phil did.
Q2) 33in
Q3) If phil made it i reckon it would.

So how did i go phil? https://www.aulro.com/afvb/

pretty good matt!

hi bryce! the tyres are 285 75 R16, and the tube bar i made and it bolts straight to the orig fender bar. that way if i want to make
a full tube bar i can unbolt it and sell it off.
if i was to fit a winch i would make a cradle for it and work the bar around
it.
but!!!! i dont want to loose my aproach angle, so the winch might get mounted in the rear, and run through pulleys to the front if needed 8)

and the sliders are very soon!
