GOE Compomotive 18" November deliveries

Hello all,

If you are one of the ten people (other than me) identified by Gordon as getting your 18" Compomotive wheels in the "November delivery", could you please advise...
a) have you received your set.
b) have you heard anything or had any contact since the 05Nov email.
c) when you ordered them.

Can the mods please advise if this post is OK and whether responses can be public or need to be via PM and/or whether this post requires rewording/relocation/removal to comply? I am absolutely not looking to break or bend any rules here, just trying to obtain and share some relevant information on a potentially sensitive topic.

Reflect that when I ordered (last year) GoE had a solid reputation and huge goodwill built over many years with a significant and regular presence here and an established bricks and mortar shop. I'll stand behind my decision at that time without any qualms whatsoever.

Saw that Eevo. Bugger of a thing to happen. But that was 'just' one wheel, and from what I've seen, the smaller orders and odds-and-sods seemed to have trickled out sporadically. The bigger ($$$$) orders.... not so much.

Heads up for those with outstanding items - I've just been advised by the WA authorities that "GoE appear to have ceased trading". Unfortunately that's all the info I have regarding that.

I have just swung past the GoE workshop/office and that is all closed up with no one about, but it is 1:20pm so maybe lunch break? Office still looks like it is in use, ie it hadn’t been cleared out.

Ask for it to be mailed COD. For a small fee the Post Office will do this.

I got mine about 2 weeks ago, after waiting a couple of weeks - so some things are still being supplied. I ordered it on the web.
