What year/vin for Bosch electrics in the P38A ?

I know this has been asked before but can someone refresh my memory.

What was the year model / vin range when the Bosch electrics were introduced into the P38 Rangies.

Is this the same time as the THOR engine or was that later again ?

The Bosch electrics refers only to the engine management system introduced with the Thor engine for the 1999 model year. The rest of the electrics are the same as far as I'm aware. A lot of the electrics are Valeo (French).
