When I got my D3, it didn't have any front mudflaps and after recently cracking one of the rear ones in half, I decided to look around to replace them.
Found lots of real and knock off ones on Fleabay, but then I found these.
Discovery 3 LR3 full MudFlap set 2004 TO 2009 gloss black tuffrok disco 3 | eBay (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Discovery-3-LR3-full-MudFlap-set-2004-TO-2009-gloss-black-tuffrok-disco-3/292841568389'ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649)
Took some going back and forth to get them shipped, but I'm pretty happy with the product, and they are far more flexible than the original rear ones.
Fitting was dead easy with screws provided.

Total price, shipped from the UK was about A$200

On a different topic, how do find your Scorpion tyres on wet bitumen?

Wet bitumen implies rain!
The only wet drive I had was when I collected our new 2Tonne caravan and drove it 40km home.
Bit hard to judge the tyres when I've never towed anything heaver that 800kg in the Disco!
On the dry, they have a "sound" about them which I do not find obtrusive but I've only done about 500km on them so far.
