Well this is a testimonial. I purchased this unit and it has functioned faultlessly on my trips. Unfortunately I noticed an issue this week as I was away. Worst time, right. Over Xmas.

I sent an email not expecting a response till after Xmas but got one back very quickly. A couple of messages a phone call and diagnosis complete. Part would be in mail that day.

But wait, I am away from home and by chance near Tim’s place. Location set for swap over of part required and done.

People, this is why you buy from Tim. The thing works and customer service is second to none.

I tend to run my business a tad differently to others, but it’s more because this is a hobby to me first.


I started in this field more than 40 years ago, as a hobby and then by luck, not good management, the hobby developed into a business.


I still work it that way now and hopefully this helps others, and not just my customers.


Unfortunately I still lack any true business skills and this is the one LARGE impediment to my business.
