Ideas guys ive replaced rear flange, felt washer and seal rear lt230 from a kit. Again rear seal is leaking after only 200klm. Have i missed something? I used sealant outside oil seal upon instal and seal. I think i might install a speedy sleeve on the flange. Anyone know a speedy sleeve part number? Can the rear bearing be shot or something Allowing more movement?

Just buy a new flange

Also make sure you use a Corteco seal not some cheap rubbish

As has already been mentioned, dont mess around with a speedy sleeve, replace the flange.
Just as some info....
So on a seal such as that, I normally put on the outside a small amount of thread seal paste (PTFE in a tube instead of tape), as it aids the install of the seal and will semi cure.
On the part of the flange where the seal runs, make sure its clean and run a bit of very fine emery over it. Coat the area with some, what used to be called Silicone Grease (Valve and O ring lubricant), although realistically a smear of grease would be fine as you can pretty well guarantee most seals arent rubber anymore. The purpose of the grease is to ensure you dont damage the seal during the flange install.
And as I think was already mentioned, use a Corteco brand seal.
AND .... check the transfer case breather is not blocked.
