I don't think it's designed to remove moisture. It's probably evaporating off and cooling the surface thus causing water vapour in the air to condense on the sprayed area.

I'd dry the DSP with an hairdryer.

As Ron suggests, you've got a bad case of humidity today. Keep the can though, contact cleaner is good for all sorts of stuff. I had a tin on hand the other day when a bloke turned up with an intermittent crank angle sensor. A quick chilling blast and it started again.

Yes good point. Anyway returned today and they gladly refunded and i picked up the CRC brand I'm familiar with.
