Hosts file is modified?

Anyone know what this means?

there are lines in your hosts file that are not the std windows ones.

the hosts file contains ip and host info that the system looks up first before asking a dns server

lots of malware adds lines to it.

easily fixed

I gather by the way all those other lines have 0.0.0.0 that I shouldnt need to worry about them?

usually only a concern if you have something to hide in my experience

and definitely not a concern on my mac :p
