Wow - I have not even the slightest idea...

I'd be guessing by saying the second pic are a couple of specialized quick release clamps, but for what - who knows...

No idea at all - the first one looks like something for bending wire, maybe a fencing tool of some sort?

Sorry to disillusion you! never seen anything like them.

I can't agree with Dave's suggestion - too light for tyre tools would be my view.

If I had to guess, they are tools for holding some sort of complex structure in place while the glue dries, or while it is welded, or while it is rivetted.

In view of the care taken in finish etc, probably a high value product, and my guess would be aircraft parts, perhaps for holding wing ribs etc.

These are fly tying vices.
Clamp to a bench and operate the lever to grip the hook.

The other tool, if found together with the vices, maybe for modifying the shape of fish hooks ??
Need something in the picture to see the actual size.

Not 100% sure but this looks very similar to a fencing tool I seen when I was a little nipper, the clamp grips the wire and the block is used as a bending jig depending how sharp an angle , you then use it to hold the wire and tension it then wind the handle to cut the wire. My uncle had something similar but we are talking 45 or so years ago, so I could be wrong

Here's a little more info.

The cam levers make the small gap (indicated by red arrow) in the end open an close. The gap is only about 1-2mm.

And a pic to show scale.

Fly tying vice is $31 on Ebay, part of the clamp is missing on those in your picture.
SUPER AA VISE CLAMP BASE BLACK FLY TYING VISE - NEW FLY FISHING DESK TOOL | eBay (https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/SUPER-AA-VISE-CLAMP-BASE-BLACK-FLY-TYING-VISE-NEW-FLY-FISHING-DESK-TOOL/201606833233?hash=item2ef0b42451:g:g54AAOSwGIRXZgy k)

Usually made in India.

I'm still thinking the other tool is for bending hooks or making wire links for hooks/fly tying but can't find one on the interweb.

Not for me Gunga Din, it looks far too dangerous, I'll stick to the time tested method & use my fingers on the Zip Fastener.[biggrin][biggrin][biggrin][bighmmm]

Very interesting topic though.

Agree the cam lock device is fly tying vice
The other jigger could be for turning a j - hook
Into a turned down eye hook

Hook bend aroundcurved mandrel and clamped
Then use levers and other mandrel to turn eye down ?

Definitely a fly-tieing vice missing part of the clamp. The other gadget may be for making hooks from plain wire, barbless hooks are popular with some flyfishermen and mandated in some flyfishing competitions. Given that they were found together, this seems to me the most likely use that is related to the vice.
