Swivel Pin Housing Renewal

And Happy Easter, of course!
Anyone an idea if it is possible (and worth the effort) to repair pitted swivel pin housings (the chrome balls)? Or is investment into a new pair the only option?
Any smart suggestions welcome!

You probably could get them repaired (blasted & then re-coated) but IMO you're going to be better off just picking up a second hand set.

They are not that dear New (non genuine)
