Considering an upgrade

Does anybody have any tips on what to look for when upgrading from 2.7 D4 to 3.0 SDV6 HSE?
Im aware of the general issues with the D4 so specially looking for SDV6 HSE pointers.
Condiering this beauty.

I have to say that's a very nice looking car, only thing I can suggest is to go through everything that opens, shuts, moves, beeps and blinks to make sure it all works. DAB radio if it's fitted, rear aircon, seat memory positions, lane departure, surround cameras........and so it goes on. Should be able to get a spec dump from topix.

Gawd! Having to check all that unnecessary, to me anyway, fancy stuff like "lane departure, rear crossing traffic etc." is the reason I bought a poverty pack D4. Even that is a bit over the top for a simpleton like me.... :)
Good luck anyway with the purchase, they are a great vehicle even if some owners have probs. with them sometimes. Dare I say it ...even some on the dark side have problems with saggy bottom 200 series etc. but will never admit it. :)
