12 speaker D2's

anybody got one?
can you list exactly where the speakers are?

would like to put a set up the back a-la D1,
but some silly buggar has put seat belts in the way :roll:

hmm,, as I've already removed the rear seats,,, can I remove the belts???

Dont know if it helps but with my D3 it has 13 speakers 8). In each of the door panels there are 2 speakers, then there are another 2 on the inside of the side mirrors if that makes sense and another one in the middle of the dash board then on the back 2 pillars there are another 2. Thats with the premium sound system, I think the other system has 6 or 8, cant recall, dunno if that helps,

Pedro -- I am sure they are the same as the 'Classic' Classic Rangie or softdash Rangie. From memory:

2 x A pillar
2 x bottom of front doors
2 x bottom of rear doors
2 x storage shelf
2 x cargo area roof

That is 10. I think the last 2 might be in the c-pillar?

Anyone else out there with a Classic Rangie?

Obviously I am not a pillar man :wink: , all i could explain was front of car and rear of car https://www.aulro.com/afvb/. Luckily I have strengths in other area's 8O. Im assuming A pillar is the front where the windows are, and C pillars the rear??

Along each side you have one in the front Pillar, two in the front door, two in the rear door. That makes five x2 for the other side makes 10 and then there is the two in the back door that make up the 12. :wink:

theres a pic on the RAVE cd, showing locations,,
looks like the upper door speakers are tweeters? very small.
two in the rear door may be woofers?
