hi guys
some of you may remeber a little while ago i was looking for seat covers for my discovery, well i thought i would post this as i brought some from a new company on ebay called turtle-covers.....
i have to say i'm quite impressed at what i got they are tailor made for the disco and they do disco 1 as well as disco 2 as well as many other cars.
they also do them in a variety of colours;
Bottle Green
Turquoise (Not shown but a perfect match for the metallic paint on some Discos)
Navy Blue
Royal Blue
Black
Mid Grey
Dark Grey (Not shown)
Chocolate Brown
Biscuit/Beige (Sorry- temporarily Unavailable)
Red
Yellow
Violet
Maroon
Fluorescent Orange
Fluorescent Yellow
Fluorescent Green
Fluorescent Pink
these covers cost me £89 (full set) that was including the shipping to australia which only took one week.
i have added some pictures to show you what they look like in my car

as you can see my two front seats are different thats beacuse all of my seat covers are done in the heavy duty waterproof nylon (although they are not that heavy duty i have seen heavier) and my drivers seat is done in breathable material so helps with the sweating on long drives.
so just so you know they are happy to mix and match to get you what you want..

as you can see on this picture unlike alot of covers these leave the grab handles free and also give you access to the pockets on the back of the seats....

as you can see the rear seat covers are done in the split so you can still lay your seats down if you want to without removing the covers...
hope this may be of use to anyone looking for seat covers...........i can't comment on the longivty of these covers as i have only just received them but they look pretty well made to me, and i'm sure if your not out to totaly abuse them they should last a while......
these guys are set up on ebay and you can pay them on paypal but i also think you maybe able to pay them by credit card over the phone but you would have to check that....
if anyone did decide to go get some waterproof covers from these guys just let them know that you have come from an australian forum, as i told them that if i was impressed with there covers i would pass the word around.......
