discovery 3 SE trip meter in miles not km

Gidday,how do i change trip meter from miles to KLM ,my manual says use button on end of turn signal in unison with buttons on right side of steering wheel but SE models don't have these .ITs got me baffled why this is in miles when every thing else is KLM haha. Anyone help??

Stalk button only toggles the displayed options, you may need to use a scan tool to change the trip meter.

Hi Laurie,

There is a way to do the change (I can't remember but have found it and tried in the past.) However, there is also a known problem where a 'diode/electrical thingy' (not sure if that's correct) blows behind the dash that prevents the change back to KMs. Apparently an easy fix with the instrument cluster out. I have the problem, but haven't gotten around to fixing.
