D3 rear diff rebuild

Hi All,

Does anyone have the specifications for rebuilding a rear diff (standard not E-Diff). I have purchased bearings and seals, but can't seem to find crush washer/spacer or pre load and backlash specifications anywhere.

I have no spec's as my mechanic sent my D3 front diff out for a re-face during it's rebuild , so re-facing might be worth doing while you have it out, especially if it was whining like mine was.

Have you checked the workshop manual to see if those specs are in there?

Attached is the RRS handbook and workshop manual - the area you are interested in will be the same for the RRS and D3.
