Garry, the links appear to be documents in a Google Drive somewhere. Do you know the owner and/or do you know the location to be safe & permanent? Not much point having a Sticky that ends up with broken links or is dodgy in some way.

No idea. If there is an issue then dont put them up - I just thought they may be helpful to someone to download - I have my PDF so I am OK.

I would have put the downloaded PDFs up but at 190mb they are too large to attach to a post.
