$5k D3?

Saw this today. Interior is scratched up but if it runs well, for $5k it's crazy good.

There's a tdv6 2005 with 300k on it for $7k negotiable here in Darwin. It's an S model so assume spring suspension.

$24K is about all i was going to get for my 2010 D4 at the rate it was going.

200k petrol v6, could have a transmission issue, a host of electrical faults, need an alternator and a harmonic balance at those km, some wheel bearings , suspension components, etc etc etc...

5k might be all it IS worth?

Only way to tell is a good eyeball over it.

HI Ean i bought mine in Darwin for 7.5k .It a tdv6 se disco 3 done 360ks but runs like a sewing machine in saying that i got my mechanic to do all the belts and fluids, filters,auto box filter.has steel pan to, checked the whole car over plus the codes and i did the brake pads and rotors cost an extra 2600 but drives and runs great .I have slight knocking coming from the front right got mechanic to check says all control arms replaced recently but maybe sway bar might need doing in the future as very slight knock,but hey for 10 grand it a beauty.Has few patches of sun burn and scratches but brand new tyres to boot.so sometimes good to get high k vehicle cos most of the work has already been done. Mine is more than likely a 15k machine now .
