GAP Extra VIN license for IIDTool

Hey All

just checking is it normal to have to wait a week to get the Extra Vin approved by GAP Diagnostics i purchased a Extra VIN license for IIDTool (https://www.gap-diagnostic.com/shop/extra-vin-license-for-iidtool-and-eascontrol/)a week ago and my order is still on hold the money has come out of my account, i have also sent a email to them asking what is going on but no response. does this sound normal and does any one have another email contact i could use to get an answer on what is going on.

I have heard that they are really quick to respond to queries so i'd say that's abnormal.

Trees funny stuff going on with them at the moment. I noticed their website has been terribly slow to load (and not NBN fault as all others worked normal). When Googling them the site result is weird with Asian characters.

I sent off, via an e-mail, for Fastlane ECU updates a week ago and also haven’t heard back.
