Hello All
i have borrowed my brothers IIDTool as he sold his range rover, i purchased a extra VIN got all the info from GAP diagnostics plugged it in to the car as per instructions. Searched for device in the GAP App and i can find it the IIDTool doesn't show up on my phone. When i plug it in to the car the light on the IIDTool flashes green then red and stays on flashing blue. i have updated the tool via the IIDTool updater 4.1. has anyone had this issue before, or are there any other tips to what i may be going wrong.
