Hi all,

Was looking for a cheap solution to get bits out of the storage compartments without the need to crawl in and find bits n pieces and came across this solution. Found on ebay $44 for the pair and i no longer need to fumble inside the storage area instead pull out my bag on the back tail gate and unzip to find what ever i have stored inside, much easier. In one bag will be my winch controller, cable, gloves etc and maybe a tea/coffee bag on the other side? not sure yet.

Just thought i would share if others interested in utilizing that space but find it hard to find things. I previously had straps in one cabinet and would need to fumble to find all the pieces as i had multiple straps inside. cheers

Good idea. Also have a look under the 2nd row seats and you'll find a heap of space there. I have all my recovery gear, 2 jacks, jumper lead etc. It's a Tardis.

Brilliant! Just ordered a pair. Was a PITA getting into the drivers side compartment when the fridge was in. Just pull the bag out. Too easy. Thanks

It appears identical (apart from colour [bighmmm]) to the Ryobi 18Volt drill skin zip bag.

I used supermarket Green bags without the cardboard bases & tied the loops together. They will fit in anywhere really. Job done.

But green bags don’t look fancy.[bigwhistle]

Yep, I realise with some folk it is "The Image" that is important, but ffs at the end of the day it's a receptacle to put bits in.[biggrin]

In one of these storage spaces in the rear of the D4 is where I store my first aid kit.
