Anyone know anyone around melbourne eastern suburbs way they would recommend for an engine tune.

I put a 4.6l short motor in the Rangie at christmas but kept the 3.5 heads along with a Stromberg WW 2 barrel carby. It is running mega rich and off-road I am getting about 40l/100km. I think it needs a tune along with a dyno.

A standard carby guy should be ok as unlike the standard RR carby the WW was used in most of the V8 commodores so they are fairly common.

Perhaps give LPG1 in Lilydale a call on 97351600. Industry Court. Got a 4 wheel dyno as well - all under 1 roof. And they know about Rangies -they've converted/tuned three of ours over the last 10 years.

ot cheap, but pretty good.

I would reckon that any LPG people would be flat out at the moment so if anyone has any othere alternatives I would love to hear them.
