UP 4014 restoration progress

It is to Union Pacific's credit that they fund the restoration and maintenance of their heritage steam fleet

Do a google for UP Big Boy and then sit back and enjoy!

Yep, I've been watching a few of them. The drivers seem to be being pretty gentle with her at the moment but that is understandable given the fairly heavy schedule that they have set up

We went and had a look at 4018 when we were in the states in 2014 Museum of the American Railroad > Home (http://www.museumoftheamericanrailroad.org/) The Big Boys make a Garrett look like a shunting engine.
