Can't find any thread on this so I started my own [smilebigeye]
I also can't find anyone from the West heading over so I'll try not to be a big girl and drive over by myself. Leaving Monday 15th and with a trusty 300Tdi will be there Thursday [bigsmile]

from sa police:

Emergency services are at the scene of a serious crash on the Augusta Highway in the State’s Mid North.
Just after 1am this morning, Friday 19 April, police and emergency services were called to the Highway, about 5km south of Horrocks Pass Road at Miranda after reports of a head on crash between two trucks.
Upon arrival police found two B-doubles had collided head on with one truck bursting into flames. Major Crash Investigators have been notified of the incident and are making their way to the scene.
The Augusta Highway is completely blocked and motorists are being diverted through Wilmington. Please avoid the area if you can. For the most recent road closures head to www.traffic.sa.gov.au (http://www.traffic.sa.gov.au/?fbclid=IwAR2pR0SkNCC1b7MBXAqgBd-2NCTp6yfVNO58XLofDMOszUT_Z8mNHD5ciIk)
