Somewhere on the Cunningham Highway, maybe near Thane ( Ian? ), there were trivia questions designed to act against fatigue. You know, what is Qld's highest mountain? Answer a few ks further on. Get the kids involved etc, etc. Travelling the road as often as I did in the day, these became seriously boring. However, one question sticks in my mind. Q; what is Qld's largest living organism? To which some wag had replaced the answer with 'Clive Palmer'. Works for me.

I actually knew his son and grandson many years ago.
Bob Jr had a factory unit next to my dad's workshop.
He was a very good engineer.
They'd been out there many times looking and believed the reef did exist!

The anti-fatigue trivia questions are statewide, on major highways.

Trivia night, Saturday 01/06/19?
The venue is open to suggestions, preferably somewhere convenient for the majority of participants.
If someone wants to organise a trip we can work in with that, but it would be better if the venue was reasonably accessible to folk who only want/can do the Saturday night.
Usual terms and conditions, bring your credit cards, promissory notes and/or sheep station deeds.

Any interest? Steve and I are happy to organise the quiz if someone else can step up to sorting the venue.

1 June is passed, so when were you thinking?
We're moving house this weekend and we're away or committed all August, but how about September?

Now, I don't want to harp on the issue but I've recently celebrated my 66th birthday and was wondering if someone would be so kind as to come up with a time and place for another trivia experience within the next 40 years or so?
