Z390 pro wifi...
unplugged the powerboards for a couple of days while I was away,, plug in switch on and-- nothing. If I clear cmos properly I get the correct MB power light flash,, but no fans spin.. no ram lights, I have one mouse light, no headphone light. Pulled graphics card and ram, cleared cmos again, get MB flash and nothing, no beeps at all.
brand new PSU,, new ram, new cpu, all working sort of ok when I left,, ( sound outputs a concern and wifi dodgy)
any other tests?

been my experience they either work or they don't..
me thinks it's time to send it back to where you bought it from and let them sort it as it should be under warranty as it has multiple issues as you have already noted.
what power supply you using though i doubt thats the issue...

If you wanted to try something else, do you have another power supply to see what that does?
From what you have described it is more than likely going to be the motherboard or the power supply and if they are both under warranty then is inc as said, let them sort it out.

I need to upgrade my computer as I last did it in 2015, not sure whether I will go with yet. I do have an X99 and a 6850k to upgrade the server at home with.
I have found that the newer power supplies can get confused and physically unplugging them from the power for a minute or 2 can reset them.
