Hi,
I am about to relocate to Melbourne from Sydney so will need a fully furnished short term rental to live in while we find more permanent accommodation. The short in short term is about 2 months. Are there any companies which specialise in short term, fully furnished rentals. We are hoping to get a 1 or 2 bed apartment somewhere with a car park. Defender and 2 Labradors will stay with the parents in the interim.
Cheers

CheersIve met a lot of people who have stayed at "Bell City" in Preston for long periods of time. The single budget room is $350 P/W which isnt too bad really. I personally have never stayed there but it is 4 stars so cant be the worst, maybe someone on here has stayed there before and can spill the beans on it.

I'd be looking on AirBNB if it's only a couple of months.

I stayed at the adjoining hotel when I broke up from my ex, it wasn't great (this was four years ago) A mate stayed in the long term and it was OK'ish.
Any idea what area you want to be in?

This is looking most likely. There are agencies which specialise in short term, fully furnished but Air BnB looks to be equal or cheaper.
Preston is a bit too far out but looks like good value.
Thanks for the responses.

What area you looking at? Preston is only 10km from the CBD and serviced well by public transport - trains, trams and buses.
