just cause there is some smart buggers here
All my fluro shed lights are starting to fail, whats the go with the led batton lights as a shed light, never liked fluro lights. lights at about 3.5m from the floor to get clearance. Whats the best light for an old fart that needs all the help he can get in seeing

I was looking into these LED batten lights but undecided as well. The LED industrial ones look better but really expensive.

You can also get the tubes in LED if you don't want to replace the fittings, I haven't used any myself but have seen some corridors at work, where they replaced the old flouro's with the slimline LED fittings and they seem almost twice as bright.

Nothing wrong with those prices.

AFAIK fluoros emit UV and I assume LED's don't.
