Coolant capacity.

As per the title, for a coolant change, what is the capacity including the heater core?

V8 apparently has 13Lt, they say 12lt for refill.
When I did mine a few months back, I struggled with the last litre or so at 10Lt(motor running), lost a little with the bleeding, but I doubt it was 2Lt that they reckon it's refill capacity is.
Drained via bottom hose, and not heater core either .. so maybe the last 2lt was heater and some remaining in the block.
