Got some cool stainless bits from TinPony in the UK

Bought some really cool stainless panels for the dashboard of the Defender via Ebay. Replaced the crap plastic switch panels with stainless ones, got a staino backing plate for behind the ventilation controls on the right of dash and bought the instrument panel overlay - once I finish fitting I'll post a couple of photos. I made my own switch panel out of a piece of 3mm aluminium. I milled recesses in the back for the retaining clips on the switches.

Binnacle = instrument panel housing on Defender, etc.

I have an engineering shop, we "play" in stainless steel and do lots of laser cutting
if anyone gives me a template I'll cut any part like for less than $80

so did I. Just hope the inside doesn't look like I've tried to "riced" it :-) especially as the brake/clutch peddles are colour coded to match the tyres :wink:
