What boost pressure are people generally running? (Non-intercooled). Have EGT & boost guage.
TDO4 HL-19T turbo.

In my previous 4x4 with a Garrett TO3 I was running 22psi and low EGT's - max 500 post turbo towing about 3T in hilly country . In my present 6x6 I have a KLR turbo setup with 3" exhaust and it goes to 18psi. EGT's are a little higher at up to 650 post turbo and then I back off. Going to fit a WTA intercooler shortly so I don't have to back off.

MichaelWith the same turbo I was running 28psi, egt's were 730°c with a a2a intercooler, dropped to 650°c when I went w2a.
