Popping this up as a future reference. Recently had an electrical issue where the symptoms were no interior lights, dash clock would light up but no digits displayed, HVAC control unit could only be manually turned on and would work, but (when the car turned off and back on it would stay off until manually turned back on) and would reset all settings to default each time.
The solution was replacing Fuse 20 described as '
